ServicesHub facilitates the connection between Customers and Service Providers but does not directly provide the services.
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the type of service and the policies of individual Service Providers.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with any specific cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.
Customers may cancel a booking subject to the specific cancellation window disclosed during booking.
Cancellation requests must be made through the ServicesHub platform or by contacting Customer Support at contac@serviceshub.fr.
Cancellation made within the allowable timeframe will generally result in a full refund or credit, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation made outside the allowable timeframe may be subject to cancellation fees or forfeiture of payments, as specified at booking.

Service Providers must notify ServicesHub and the Customer as soon as possible if they need to cancel a booking.
In such cases, Customers will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule, depending on availability.
ServicesHub will not charge any cancellation fee to Customers for cancellations initiated by Service Providers.
Failure by the Customer to be available at the agreed time and location without prior notice is considered a “no-show.”
No-shows may result in forfeiture of payment, and no refund will be issued.
Service Providers are encouraged to notify Customers if they experience delays or issues.
Changes to booking details (date, time, location) are subject to availability and may be treated as cancellations and new bookings.
Any applicable cancellation fees or policies will apply to changes.
Customers should notify ServicesHub as soon as possible to request modifications.
Refund eligibility and amounts depend on the timing of cancellation and Service Provider policies.
Refund requests must follow the Refund Policy of ServicesHub.
Approved refunds will be processed promptly through the original payment method.
Any disputes arising from cancellations should first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the Customer and the Service Provider.
ServicesHub may assist in mediation but is not responsible for resolving disputes.
Legal remedies remain available to all parties.
ServicesHub reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time.
Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or email.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
